- Order steak
- Open pac, trim fat slightly
- Slice @ 1" pieces, keep refigerated
- Sear in hot pan or grill. 30-60 seconds depending
Notes
Cooking a piece of meat like this takes practice. Think about the thickness of the cut, temperature of the meat and the heat of the pan. After one or two you will get it just how you (and your guests) like it.
Serve this with Yuzu kosho, your favorite salts, flavored oil and freshly ground pepper.
This night I made lentils with smoked bacon and brown rice. Onions, garlic, celery and chicken stock were cooked with the rice.
